Two degrees, one program

The M.E.T. curriculum starts by grounding you in your selected engineering track and setting the stage with introductory business courses. Two courses created specifically for M.E.T. bring engineering and business together, along with a chance to learn hands-on about technology innovation and entrepreneurship. Finally, you will dive more deeply into business and leadership courses.

Throughout, you’ll have opportunities to seek out internships and get involved in Berkeley’s lively ecosystem of entrepreneurs and start-up founders.

Sample curriculum plans for the two M.E.T. programs are shown below. Your own course of study will depend on your pre-college preparation, including AP course credits, and other individual circumstances. For full information on degree programs and their requirements, visit the Berkeley Academic Guide.
