In addition to the standard HTML formatting options, the UC Berkeley WordPress templates include a variety of campus-branded elements that can be used to display, highlight or link content.
Most of these elements can be used in the body of a page (formatted into one or multiple columns) or in a sidebar. Sidebars can be located beside or below the body content or in the footer, and can be displayed on individual pages or throughout the site.
There are also a wide range of public WordPress plugins and widgets that can be configured to meet specific content needs if we want to go beyond the branded options.
